Pre-Christmas order and delivery 2016

If you are thinking of treating your hound to their own Charley Chau before Christmas please note the order dates below for delivery in time for Christmas. Do bear in mind that at this time of year, courier companies handle exceptionally high volumes of parcels so allowing as much time as you can is always sensible!

Please also note that our offices will be closed over the Christmas and New Year holiday period. Our last day in the office is Thursday, 22 December and we will be closed on Friday, 23 December 2016 until Tuesday, 3 January 2017.

UK Mainland deliveries 

For UK delivery of beds and blankets that are available from stock please order by:

• Standard delivery (48 hours) & Oversize Consignments - 1.00pm, Wednesday, 21 December 2016
• Next day delivery (24 hours) - 1.00pm, Thursday, 22 December 2016

Our last order dispatch of 2016 will be on Thursday, 22 December for orders placed by 1.00pm on the 22nd December. Any orders received after 1.00pm on 22 December will be dispatched after our Christmas holiday closure when we re-open on Tuesday, 3rd January 2017. Parcels dispatched on 3 January 2017 on a UK standard service will be delivered on Thursday, 5 January. Parcels dispatched on 3 January on a UK 24 hour service will be delivered on Wednesday, 4 January 2017.

For UK delivery of collars and leads (made to order):

The last order date for collars and leads to be made for delivery before Christmas in the UK is Friday, 9 December 2016.

International deliveries

For international delivery of beds and blankets that are available from stock orders must be placed and any outstanding shipping charges (which can take up to 24 hours for us to invoice depending on your time zone) settled by:

• Within the EU - Thursday, 15 December 2016
• USA & Canada - Thursday, 15 December 2016
• Rest of the World - Friday, 9 December 2016

Any orders for international delivery placed after the dates above but before 1.00pm on 22 December 2016 will still be dispatched by 22 December (our last dispatch of 2016) as long as all shipping balances have been settled but cannoy be guaranteed for a pre-Christmas delivery.
