Comforter - Medium - Dotty Cotton - Seconds Quality

This listing is for a seconds quality item. The border on one fo the shorter sides of the Comforter is not sitting flat - caused by incorrect tension settings on the sewing machine when the blanket was sticthed, resulting in a puckering effect. The two layers of fabric (cotton and faux-fur) do not sit flat together. The fault can be seen on both sides of the Comforter.
