Order dates for pre-Christmas delivery 2020

Our guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery cut-off times have now passed but we are still dispatching orders to our customers in the UK.
UK dispatch before Christmas - order by 1pm (GMT) on Wednesday, 23 December 2020 - delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary suspension of all international deliveries
Sadly we have had to temporarily suspend all shipments outside the UK until mid-January because of the sudden closure of international borders announced from Sunday. 20 December as a result of Covid, and the ongoing Brexit chaos.
We expect to resume shipping parcels to our lovely customers overseas in the week commencing 11 January 2021.

Christmas Opening Times
We are closing our office from 24 December, re-opening on 29 & 30 December, and then closing again until 4 January 2021. Please email us on hello@charleychau.com if you need any assistance and we will respond as soon as we are in the office.

If you miss the cut-off dates published above ...
We will still dispatch your order but cannot say with 100% confidence that it will arrive before Christmas, even in the UK. We will do everything we can to try but with couriers being so overwhelmed at the moment we just can't provide any guarantees even when using next day services.
Please bear in mind this year's courier situation
Please bear in mind that this year is particularly challenging for the couriers who deliver our orders. They are handling unprecedented volumes of parcels and are still experiencing some issues because of the Covid pandemic and with the additional complication of Brexit.
The sooner an order is placed then the more likely it is to arrive to you before Christmas, even if it is held up with a slight delay out of our control. Most of our orders are arriving on time but we are seeing slightly more delays in services by couriers that in previous years.
