Shipping the Raised Rattan Dog Bed resumes on 9 September 2025

We have a temporary pause on shipping the Raised Rattan Dog Bed until 9 September 2025 (when we return from the Burghley Horse Trials) as our custom made boxes required to pack the bed for safe transit have been delayed. Our apologies for the temporary inconvenience. The Raised Rattan Bed is still available for collection in person from our HQ in Manchester.

Please note that Rattan Dog Beds are not suitable for chewers

Rattan Dog Beds are not suitable for dogs that like to chew dog beds or human furniture., or who may just like to shred random objects! The Raised Rattan Bed is woven with natural rattan canes around a wooden frame and the construction requires nails/screws as well as metal staples, just as are used in making human furniture. If at all in doubt about whether or not your dog might chew the bed, do not allow your dog to use the bed unsupervised unless you are 100% confident they won't try to chew it.

Natural Rattan canes are woven around a wooden frame to create this unique and stunning Raised Rattan Dog Bed.

As you would expect from Charley Chau, the Raised Rattan Dog Bed is not just about looks. Rattan is a strong and durable natural cane and super-easy to keep clean – dust with a dry cloth or hoover with a soft brush attachment, and wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent if required. Do not use abrasive materials to scrub the rattan. Allow the rattan to dry naturally before putting the bed back into use.

Washcare labels are stitched into every component part of a Charley Chau bed and blanket for ease of reference on wash days.
