Charley Chau is giving away one canine size Bliss Bolster Bed to one winner for the best photo taken of the BIG Bliss Bolster Bed at Dogstival 2021.
The full terms and conditions for this prize draw are set out as follows:
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
HOW TO ENTER
2. Via Facebook simply post your photo taken in/on/around the BIG Bliss Bolster Bed at Dogstival 2021 on the Charley Chau Facebook profile (https://www.facebook.com/charleychau/) and tag your post with #CharleyChauBigBliss
3. Via Instagram upload your image with the #tag: #CharleyChauBigBliss, please note that your profile needs to be public or it won't be visible to us!
4. Via email: hello@charleychau.com.
5. The deadline for entries is midnight (BST) on Monday, 7 June 2021.
ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY PERIOD
6. Only photographs posted by visitors to Dogstival 2021 and featuring Charley Chau’s BIG Bliss Bolster Bed are eligible for the prize draw.
7. The entrant will only post images that they have the legal right to use for the purposes of this prize draw.
THE PRIZE
8. The prize offered is one Charley Chau canine size Bliss Bolster Bed with two Mini-Bolster Pads in the size and colours of the winners choice (subject to availability) worth up to £482.50.
9. The prize is as stated and is non-transferable. No cash or other alternatives are available.
CHOOSING & NOTIFIYING THE WINNERS
10. A winner will be chosen by a Charley Chau team member. The judge’s decision is final and no discussion will be entered into.
11. Charley Chau will announce the winner on Wednesday, 9 June 2021 on our blog and social media, and contact the winner by email or DM.
12. If the winner does not claim their prize within fourteen days the chosen winner will forfeit the prize and Charley Chau will choose an alternative winner.
CONSENT TO CHARLEY CHAU
13. By entering the #CharleyChauBigBliss Photo Competition you give consent to Charley Chau to use and re-produce the image that you submit as an entry, and give your assurance that you have the right to give such consent to Charley Chau.
14. Entrants give consent to Charley Chau to use his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their published entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

15. Charley Chau reserves the right to cancel or amend the photo competition terms and conditions governing this competition without notice. Any updates will be made here.
16. The photo competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
