A handcrafted Classic Leather Dog Lead made to last – soft,  supple but strong Italian Calf Leather in four different width and eighteen beautiful colours.

Our Leather Dog Leads are handcrafted to order, made with a soft, supple but strong Italian Calf Leather in four different widths to suit all dogs and all sizes of human hands. Petiquette’s Leather Dog Leads are also available in two lengths which is good news for tall people with small dogs, and dogs who want to have a little more extension on their lead that usual.

Standard length is 39.5"/100cm and the Long Length is fabulous for smaller dogs or tall humans at 47"/120cm.

Sizing

Petiquette's Leather Dog Leads are available in two lengths and four widths.

Lengths:

  • 39.5" (100cm)
  • 47" (120cm) (great for very small dogs low to the ground)

Widths:

  • 1/2" / 13mm
  • 5/8" / 16mm
  • 3/4" / 20mm
  • 1" / 25mm

The sizes shown for our Dog Collars (e.g. 10" - 12") indicate the position of the first fastening hole and the last hole, not the whole length of the collar. Ideally the collar should fasten in the middle of the fastening holes when fitted correctly for your dog. Example: our 10-12" collar is perfect for a dog with a neck measurement of 11", although it will fit dogs with a neck measurement from 10-12".

Care Guidance

To keep leather in peak condition, use a good quality leather balsam or cream to clean and treat the leather from time to time. Avoid water (especially sea water) as this can affect the leather and the finish on the buckle closure.
