Last order dates for delivery in time for Christmas

*** Updated: our guaranteed delivery cut-off for Christmas has now passed but we will dispatch all orders received by 1pm on Thursday, 21 December before we close our office for the Christmas period on Friday, 22 December 2017. Any orders placed after 1pm on Thursday 21 December will be shipped when we re-open in the New Year on 3 January 2018. ***

Please note that the above dates are given as guidance only for our standard courier services. Courier companies are extremely busy at this time of year so it is best to allow as much time as you can. Our advice is to order earlier rather than at the last minute!

We can also offer express services such as next day services across the UK and to most countries around the world which means if you miss the dates above we might still be able to get something to your dog in time for Christmas but it is best if you try to work to the dates above as a minimum!
