Order in time for Christmas - last order dates
Our last posting dates for the UK and International delivery are set out below. We do everything we can to dispatch your order on time but please bear in mind that all courier companies are very busy at this time of year. Order with time to spare to avoid any frustrating delays!

Order by 1pm GMT for all of the dates specified below.
- UK Mainland - 48 hr services: Friday, 19 December
- UK Mainland - 24 hr services: Monday, 22 December
- UK Highlands & Islands - one day earlier than the respective UK Mainland dates above
- International outside UK: Small Parcels / Post Office Service: Friday, 5 December
- International outside UK: Courier Service (3-5 days): Monday, 15 December
Collars & Leads
Order by end of day for the dates specified below.
- UK delivery: Monday, 15 December
- International outside UK: Monday, 1 December
Whilst we do everything possible to ensure that your order leaves on time, we are in the hands of the couriers once the parcel has left the building and the Christmas season is definitely one of the periods when we saw more issues than normal with deliveries simply because of the volume that the couriers are handling. Please order sooner rather than later to avoid any unexpected delays!
